The English Building Markets in New Haven Connecticut offers a unique curated collection of vintage + handmade goods available for rent. Whether you're a bride, event planner, photographer, or just looking to make your own event unique, we have everything you need to add the ever popular vintage feel.  We also offer design consultations and staging for events and photo shoots!

If you are interested in renting items from us just give us a call at 203-772-1728 or send us an email rentals@englishbuildingmarkets.com   We will set up an appointment for you to come take a look at our current inventory.  If you're unsure of what to use you can set up a one hour design consultation with one of our experts for $130. If you end up using us for your rentals the $130 is refunded into the cost of the total rental. 

Our rental policies are as follows:

• The cost for the rentals includes 3 days from pick up to drop off.
• There is a 50% non-refundable retainer required for reservation of the rentals + date and is due at the signing of the contract.   Full and final payment is due 14 days before the event.
• We do require a security deposit check along with the final payment. The check will be returned to you after all of your returned items have been inspected. 
• Unfortunately we have to enforce a very strict "you break it, you buy it" policy. Any items large or small that come back damaged beyond an easy repair will be fully deducted from the security deposit. 
• Please also be sure to return items clean, this includes washing dishes and utensils. If we have to take the time to clean them this will also be deducted from your security deposit.
• If you are picking up the rented items yourself instead of a paid delivery, you are solely responsible for the transportion of the items and returning them on time. Items kept past the due date will be charged for a full additional day.  
• If you purchase the paid delivery, EBM will deliver all of your rented items. You are responsible for the set up. We do however offer these services for an additional price.
